On April 18th and 19th 2018, ROSMAN,  the exclusive Romanian partner of IESF (International Executive Search Federation), had the pleasure of organizing and hosting its Regional European Conference in Timisoara. The highlight of the conference was the business event – Humans & Technology in the Age of Innovation.  Along with the participation of the European members of IESF, the event reunited over 100 human resources managers and executives from the international companies located in Timisoara area as well as representatives of local consulates, universities and law firms.

Topics like;

• the impact of the Artificial Intelligence on human resources,
• new technological trends in the recruitment and selection process,
• new European regulations in the field of data protection (GDPR)
• the blockchain technology and its disruption power in different industries, including recruitment,

were presented by seven top speakers.
