Agata Kostrubiec (Senior Project Manager) is a Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University graduate in Warsaw (major in Sociology). As a postgraduate, she obtained the title of Trainer of the Psychological Workshop.
Based on her long experience in international corporations and consulting companies, she can lead and coordinate recruitment and consulting projects for various industries.
Currently, works as a Senior Project Manager at NAJ International. Agata is responsible for working with clients from such sectors as: FMCG, agriculture, IT, media .
She conducts recruitment projects for management positions as well as searches for highly specialised, niche positions in various locations throughout Poland. Thanks to her education and experience in organising soft skills trainings, she is able to carry out recruitment processes for each position level. She connects the Candidate’s qualifications and interests with their opportunities in the labour market.
Agata Kostrubiec is a person who constantly focuses on broadening her knowledge in terms of new, non-standard methods of acquiring the best candidates from the market. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, she completes consulting projects and builds long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Apart from recruitment projects, Agata also acts as an Assessor in AC/DC projects.
