Katarzyna Wójtowicz joined the Naj International team in February 2016, bringing a passion for human resources management and a wealth of educational experience. Her professional journey began with psychological studies at the Catholic University of Lublin, which she continued at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, where she completed her higher education. To further her interests in Human Resources, Katarzyna pursued postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management in Organizations at the Warsaw School of Economics.
At Naj International, she started her career as a Junior Search Consultant, gaining valuable experience in executing recruitment projects. Over the years, she has consistently developed her skills, progressing through various professional levels to her current role as Senior Search Consultant. Katarzyna now specializes in direct search, continually building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborating with Project Managers, Katarzyna executes Executive Search recruitment projects, recruiting for positions from middle to top management levels. Her experience spans recruitment for expert, managerial, and top management positions across various industries, such as manufacturing and industry, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, finance, retail, logistics and distribution. Katarzyna has frequently participated in recruitment projects for companies entering the Polish market and establishing their first offices. In such cases, her responsibilities included not only recruiting suitable employees but also managing correspondence with clients and supporting them in understanding and navigating local HR and cultural practices, which often proved crucial for the success of these ventures.
In the area of top-level organizational recruitment, Katarzyna plays a key role in identifying and attracting candidates with the highest qualifications and competencies. These projects are often highly confidential, requiring discretion and precise candidate-client matching. Katarzyna has the skill to manage such projects, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and a smooth and efficient recruitment process. She is also taking her first steps in independently managing recruitment projects, learning from experienced Project Managers.
Katarzyna values conscious and honest communication, which is the foundation for building trust and partnership relations with candidates and clients. Her commitment and ability to work for multiple clients simultaneously contribute to the success of Naj International's clients in the job market.
