Dorota Wróblewska has been associated with NAJ International since 1996. She graduated with a degree in Geography from the University of Gdańsk. Additionally, she has enhanced her skills through postgraduate studies, earning certifications as a Career Advisor and Mediator.
At NAJ International, she began as an independent Project Manager, gradually taking over the management of Researchers in the role of Senior Project Manager. Initially specializing in the manufacturing sector, she later expanded her activities to other industries as well. She often conducts searches for highly specialized, niche positions across various locations. She has repeatedly had the opportunity to build entire teams for her regular clients. From the beginning of her consulting career, she has been responsible for actively acquiring clients and executing demanding recruitment projects, including the highest positions in both Polish and international companies.
Her clients include both international corporations and Polish family-owned businesses. Credibility and ethics in business, long-term relationships with clients, and cooperation based on mutual trust are very important to her. Years of experience in the personnel consulting industry have allowed her to build an extensive network of contacts and referrals across many sectors.
