He specialises in financial management, compliance, and the development of effective sales strategies that enhance market penetration and profitability.

As a Partner and Finance Director at NAJ International Executive Search, Krzysztof Adamczyk combines his financial expertise with recruitment skills, helping organizations secure top talent for key positions. Previously, he served as Commercial Director at Centrala Farmaceutyczna CEFARM SA and Country Director at AOP Health, where he oversaw operations management, sales growth, and the achievement of financial targets.
Krzysztof has significant experience in the financial sector, having held roles as Finance Director, Financial Controller, and Deputy Finance Director at the regional level. He has worked for esteemed organisations such as Grünenthal Group, Aflofarm Farmacja Polska, and Organon, where he successfully managed financial operations, optimised reporting processes, and supported strategic decision-making.
