Ewa Adamczyk started working for NAJ International in 1994. At first, as a junior consultant, she handled expert and managerial position projects for FMCG, production, distribution and finance sectors. Back then, the company’s customers recruited among the largest, international corporations which just started operating in Poland and were creating new structures. In the following years, she successfully filled in the positions of Business Development Manager and Client Director, to be promoted, in 2005, to the position of General Director https://www.linkedin.com/in/ewa-adamczyk-b4761625/. She has always been active involved in customer acquisition and in execution of more and more demanding executive search projects, including positions of Board Members and Supervisory Board Members . She holds the title of M.SC. Eng. in Food Science from the University of Agriculture in Warsaw http://www.sggw.pl/and has been graduated from MBA at Leon Koźminski Academy https://www.kozminski.edu.pl/en/and Management and Competency Management Studies at the Warsaw University http://en.uw.edu.pl/. She believes in credibility in business as well as very good relations with clients and providing services in the area of personnel consulting at the highest possible level for both Polish and international companies.
In December 2011, she successfully conducted the NAJ International company through the Management Buyout https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Management_buyout process and since then she manages the organization as a Managing Partner/CEO.
In 2014, Ewa Adamczyk led to the adoption of NAJ International https://www.linkedin.com/company/47094/admin/ to one of the world’s largest network of independent personnel consulting agencies – International Executive Serach Federation – IESF https://iesf.com /. In 2016, she joined (as the first woman in the organization’s history) the rotatingly elected Executive Board of Partners – the IESF Leadership Council (three-year term) and she represents Central and Central Europe on a global arena.
In 2018, Ewa Adamczyk received for Poland from the President of IESF the distinction for the largest number of completed projects in the Federation in the world.
